One of the things that we talk about all the time is the need for you to ALWAYS be improving yourself…

However, most people worry about the things that they can’t control. Sadly enough, or happily enough, depending on how you look at it… it’s the things that you can’t control that don’t really mean as much.

Things like grooming, being in decent shape, fashion sense, and attitude have much more of a bearing on your success with the opposite sex than how tall you are… or the mole you have on your chin.

With that being said, when people start worrying about being in shape for the sheer fact of trying to find another person… they tend to try EVERTYTHING at the same time.

There’s no discipline at all.

Most just start to crash diet… or go on Fat Kins without knowing what the diet really means.

Some will even try to throw in some long distance running… but what they find is that it really doesn’t work that well.

Look, improving your image via fat loss and getting in shape is a very, very simple thing to do.
