TAKING THE UPPER HAND

I want to talk to you for a minute on a topic that I’ve recently had the joy of researching first-hand.

This goes into the topic of posture (which many of you are familiar with in the e-book) and I hope this demonstrates what I mean by turning the tables on a woman and showing her you are not a wimp.

The usual pattern of male interaction (at least for 90% of the “nice guys” out there) is that they will often start to fear losing a woman far too quickly.

Recently, I had to cut loose one of my low-grade prospects because of her lack of effort. It wasn’t easy at first, but I remembered that my attitude is FIRST and foremost, and keeping her around, selling off bits of my self-esteem to keep seeing her would have been more damaging than beneficial.

Here’s the message that I gave her:

“Hey, girl… I tried calling you so I could talk to you in person, but no luck. I’ve been thinking, and it doesn’t seem like a good time for us to be seeing each other. I really need a little more TLC right now and enthusiasm if I’m going to keep seeing someone. I think it’s better if we can just be friends.

No criticism of you, I just have high standards when it comes to the level of attention I require. Good luck!”

Yes, that’s what I told her, because I could smell her flakiness starting to come on, and it got to the point where I couldn’t reach her in person.

You know that smell, don’t you? When a woman starts to hold back on contacting you, and you can tell that she’s either trying to play the old “hard to get” game (probably after reading The Rules but not knowing how to use them appropriately) or she’s starting to lose interest.

Most guys totally screw it up right here. They will proceed to push down harder on the gas, not realizing that she’s already pulled up on the emergency brake. They start to panic, and they call her ten times a day to find out what is wrong, why won’t she call?

Cut her off and take the upper hand back.

The bottom line is that I needed that slice of time back for ME, not wasting it on a woman who wasn’t an active and producing part of my investment portfolio. The other stocks I’ve chosen deserve my attention, and they’ll get further investments if they keep producing. But keeping her around is detrimental overall.

I did my part by demonstrating good faith in making the first installment investment, which every guy should do. That initial investment is your effort to get to that first date or meeting with her (introducing yourself, getting the phone number, calling her, setting the date). Everything after this point MUST have a return on your investment.

What kind of “return” are you looking for?

If she fails to kiss you on your first date (after a COMPETENT attempt by you) then she’s dropped.

If she does not keep returning energy, affection, or any of the needs you have from her, GET RID OF HER.

If she’s more of a liability or a drain to be around than uplifting and fun – she’s better off playing for another team!

Drop her.

How many times have YOU told a woman you would “rather just be friends”?

When I told a friend of mine that I had used that line on her, he thought it was the most original thing he’d heard and couldn’t stop chuckling at the irony. (I’ll bet HE has never used that on a woman himself.)

Why haven’t you done that to HER for a change? Why haven’t you dropped a bomb in her lap by telling her you’d rather just be friends?

Because you were always more scared of losing out on potential pussy than you were at keeping your self-esteem high. Until you value your own sense of confidence and self-esteem more than a piece of ass, SHE will always CONTROL YOU.

(Whoah… this guy is to the point…)

Pain… loneliness… guilt… unworthiness…

… these are some of the feelings that I had the last time I went through a breakup.

I think we all do.

So, I’m gonna switch gears a little bit today and talk about how to get your ex back.

I have to confess, I’ve made my mistakes in life and Lord knows I’ve put myself in some embarrassing situations in the past… done some things that I wished I hadn’t… said some things that weren’t too cool…

… basically, did things when pursuing an ex that made me FEEL WORSE about myself when they didn’t work out.

The sad thing:

I KNEW THAT THEY WEREN’T GOING TO WORK… but I did them anyway… because I was coming from a desperate and needy place that no man or woman should ever come from when dealing with an ex.

And you can judge me if you want… but I’ve learned some very powerful lessons from these experiences… and I’ve YET to make these mistakes again.

I’m about to give you a roadmap… a checklist of things to do to get your ex back (or figure out that it’s not even worth it).

(As an aside, I just picked up a masterful piece of work called “The Magic Of Making Up” the other day that goes into this process with a fine tooth comb. What I’m going over is just the tip of the iceberg… stuff from my own experiences. If you’re in this position right now, picking this book up will be like getting a new lease on life. Dead serious.)

Let’s face it. Sometimes we break up over petty things.

Sometimes they are a little more serious.

Regardless of the situations, we can generally boil it down to one thing per sex:

1. For men, the problems arise when they don’t feel “admired” by their woman
2. For women, the problems arise when they don’t feel “appreciated” by their man

These are the number one reasons that men and women leave… the root cause on average.

No matter if you cheated, or were cheated on… or whatever… the likely cause of your current distress revolved around one of these two symptoms.

Trust is generally a cop out.

If you set down and honestly think about it… you can see that it’s likely true in your scenario too.

So here we are… alone… distraught… possibly thinking of suicide… fighting off thoughts of that person being with someone else…

… and we want them back.

First things first.

Get out a calendar.

Go buy one if need be.

You need a 30 day “cooling off” period… you really do.

Trust me on this one.

So what you’re gonna do is take that calendar and circle a day 30 days from today… here is the day that you give yourself permission to contact your ex.

This calendar is important. Do not neglect it.

You see, by having this visual goal in front of you… you now have the power of marking off days… while building momentum and getting your ducks in a row… without falling through the cracks of neediness and desperation.

If history has taught me anything… it’s that people need this time to be able to objectively look at things… and to create mystique and curiosity in the other party… IT IS A MISTAKE TO UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF THIS!

So what do you do during this time.

It’s simple.

We work on ourselves…

… but NOT for that other person… for US.

You see, for one thing, people that you’ve have been in a relationship with have a certain “pattern” that they’re used to when it comes to you.

Maybe it’s a pattern of being overweight…

… bad hair…

… no ambition…

… you get the picture

We have to break that pattern.

We have a pattern. See this person…bad feelings well up. There may be some good too. Overall though the balance has tipped to the negative. What we need to do is BREAK THE PATTERN.

There are literally dozens of ways to look, smell and even sound different. So that when we contact and meet our ex again he/she does not run the same pattern and “bad linked feelings” as when the relationship failed.

Read that quote again.

Done, okay.

Seriously, the confidence and self worth that arise from bettering yourself keeps you from getting the raw end of the deal when it comes to interacting with your ex later.

So work on yourself.

Oh… and on another note… STAY AWAY FROM ALCOHOL as much as possible during this time. Studies show that if you try to drink your problems away… you ACTUALLY seed the problems farther into your psyche… and make it much harder to recover.

Do you need a “life check”?

Think about this for a second…

This is the truth: You will not die without your ex. If he was your whole life, then you need to improve your life first. You can find plenty of perfectly good people if you put yourself out there.

I’m actually getting these quotes from “The Magic Of Making Up“… but I would have told you the exact same thing.

You need to have your own life…

Making someone else the king/queen… your everything in life is not healthy… plus… they start to take you for granted.

Okay, now we’re in our 30 day “grace period” where we refrain from talking to the ex… but the FEELINGS of loneliness and despair keep rearing their ugly heads.

What do we do?

We’ll there’s a pretty cool technique that TW goes over in his book called the “Fast Forward Technique“…

I’ve seen it used in other situations and teachings and can say it works wonders.

This is a must learn for those that are having a really tough time of it.

And I mean GOBS.

I was amazed at the success that these guys were having… no… I take that back…

I was STUPIFIED to be honest.

So I already KNEW what was possible before I even opened up the .pdf.

(Actually, I’m getting one of these guys to take a look at this material this weekend to see what he thinks… I’ll update this post once I get some content)

Man… I keep getting off target… must be the coffee… lol.

Anyway, back on the ranch.

Bottom line: Go pick up “Window Shopping For Women“… its really inexpensive (TOO CHEAP in my opinion) and delivers some hard hitting advice.

APPLIED KNOWLEDGE my friend… is what you need… not just knowledge.

I love reading pick up and seduction manuals… most of them make me laugh. Seriously, I think 3rd graders could do a better job writing most of these books.

I really feel sorry for the guys that buy them… well… at least the ones that suck…

Most are based on canned lines and bullshit that you’ll never really get an opportunity to use. And… if you do… you might end up getting slapped.

But that’s another story…

No what I really want to talk to you about is a book I’ve read called The Art of Approaching by Joseph Matthews. Of course, we are led to assume that Joseph (aka Thundercat) is a master pick up artist that used to look like shit… but has now mastered his destiny and dates all the hot women…

True… false…

Who knows the truth… all I know is what I read, right?

A little back story:

About 3 weeks ago, my friend Rich came up to me and started asking me what I thought about “pick up artists” and if I thought it was possible to become one. You see, for most of the people that I know that are great with women (including myself), it was nothing more than a “finding” process. I know a few “naturals”… or guys that most would consider naturals… but in reality… they sucked at pulling women too at the beginning…

So, yes… I told him that I did think that you can learn this set of skills… and I told him that it really isn’t that hard either.

He showed me this book, The Art of Approaching, and asked me to give it a look over… you know… to see if he had wasted his money.

I laughed when I read the title… this is really the area that most men feel the most insecure. I get questions about this type of thing very often… from both men and women.

(Heck, I had a woman open me up this weekend by saying, “Hey, you seem like a cool guy… and I need some help. Do you see that guy over there? I think he’s hot but I don’t know what to say to him.” Little did she know, but that was probably one of the best icebreakers I’ve seen in a while… and she wasn’t even trying. Needless to say, she’s coming out with me for drinks tomorrow night… lol)

Ok, back on the ranch… we we’re talking about opening up people… more specifically women.

Well, I got home that night and purchased The Art of Approaching to see what it was all about… after all, it’s always good to “polish up” on your skills, right?

But:

• Did I learn anything new?
• Is the Art of Approaching suitable for beginners, intermediate, or advanced pick up?
• And finally, is the damn thing even worth it?

I must say… The Art of Approaching can be quite a beast once you get into it… the book is over 340 pages long.

Of those 340… the first one third focuses mainly on “inner game” or confidence…

I really can’t disagree here… you can’t effectively talk to women if you aren’t “feeling it”… you know.

But, unfortunately, reading about “inner game” doesn’t give it to you… you have to go get it… and that’s okay. It comes with practice.

No, the real gold in The Art of Approaching comes from the actual nuggets that Joseph drops on you when we actually start the approach process.

I like his style.

But, for me, the “graduation” point was reading about “Zan”… as in Zan Perrion… the guy with 4-6 girlfriends… that all hang out together… and his personal philosophy of meeting and attracting women.

DEEP STUFF HERE, MY FRIEND.

I’d buy the thing all over again just for this ONE SECTION…

Anyway, I don’t want to get too long winded, but the Art of Approaching should have a spot on your computer. There are two versions, the basic and the advanced… go for whichever you prefer… but the advanced has some video lessons attached to it… very cool for you visual learners.

The Art Of Approaching

Let me admit something to you very quickly (I talk about this in great detail in the Dating Doctrine audio program)… Double Your Dating was my first plight into the world of sex and seduction.

Quite frankly, I had just broken up with a woman and really wanted to get my game back on track.

I found the book through a Tickle survey and figured “What the hell… it’s only 19 bucks”.

What I found was absolutely hilarious (download the Dating Doctrine for my “official” response… lol).

But I digress, back to the story at hand.

You see, I later found out that the Double Your Dating program by David DeAngelo (not his real name, ha, ha) just might be the most heavily marketed seduction manual online right now.

But, if you’ve read Rich Dad, Poor Dad… you’ll know that best selling doesn’t necessarily mean best written… or even “best”.

Hell, it doesn’t even mean that it’ll even work for you…

Here’s why… in the offline world… much of what you buy is referral based. You like a product… you tell Chuck that you like it… sounds good to Chuck… he goes and buys it.

Online… it’s a little bit of a different story… most of the time… you are on your own to conduct research and surf the scam sites for info… even though most of the info is probably bad.

So, you are pretty much at the whim of the money back guarantee of the product developer…

This is why I take so much time when I review products… so… when I say something is on the money… you can feel extremely comfortable that it’ll work for you…

Of course, if you haven’t figured it out by now… I’ll save you the suspense:

“You know I don’t post the reviews of products that I DON’T like… mainly… because I don’t want their brands in anyway associated with any of my sites. Most of these types of products FEED on controversy and… since this is a blog… people can FLAME up the posts and spark a conversation about the product… and create FREE marketing at MY EXPENSE. Sucks right…”

I like the Double Your Dating program… but for reasons that some might not agree with.

David focuses on his “Cocky/Funny” routine a lot… but that’s not the main focus on this book. No, quite frankly, the main focus revolves around “inner game” or confidence. In fact, all the C/F routine does is help build confidence in interacting with women.

I would recommend this program to just about anyone… mainly because it goes through a lot of the fundamentals of the pick up and dating. You can’t learn about patterns and some of the other more advanced NLP type techniques if you don’t understand the basics.

Nor can you get jiggy (I couldn’t resist) in developing a nasty social circle without the basics either…

Not to say that the Double Your Dating program is “basic” by any means…

But, for 19 fungolas… this manual is very hard to pass up. You’ll be using these techniques quickly and the difference in your “game” will be noticeable.

The best part though… is that you can take these techniques and morph them into your own… which is good. I’m gonna say this… there are a lot of seduction/hypnosis/pull-chicks-out-of-thin-air materials out there… and most of them work to a certain degree…

… and everyone thinks that they are the best and that their ways work better than anyone elses…

I have to confess… I’ll seen so many different approaches work. The common arena though, is that each of these people has become comfortable with an approach that fits them… and they have made it their own.

Double Your Dating has the fundamentals and the flexibility to allow this. When you read through it the first time… don’t try to judge the material… just look at the under lying basics first.

You might not necessarily agree with the C/F mantra… no big deal… I will say that you probably should include some of this in your “game”, though.

Most importantly… this book teaches storytelling and the importance of being fun and funny.

THESE ARE IMPORTANT LIFE SKILLS… seriously… if you need help in these areas, you should probably pick this book up.

Hell, even if you don’t need help in these areas, it’s a very refreshing read and always helps to put things into perspective again.

I mean, you would think that ONE would be enough.

I guess maybe that she thought that more information would mean more success… but most of the time… more information just means more confusion…

Seriously, she had a Zone Diet book, an Atkins book, and two others that I can’t remember. Here’s the kicker, though. All of the books contradict each other.

(Hell, I should have told her about Your Dating Diet and made a quick buck… kidding)

Mass confusion.

Anyway, that’s not even the worst of it.

The worst is when you fail, though… because the creators of said book or product generally blame it on YOU!

Amen, brother.

I can’t tell you how many people take poor advice… be it about losing weight, money, sex, love, relationships, work… from people that aren’t even there themselves…

Like the financial planner that just got out of college… do you seriously think that he/she is where YOU WANT TO BE.

Of course not.

That’s why I throw up stories and other relative things… because you need to know if I’m walking the walk… or just blowing smoke.

Here’s another social proof story for you from this past weekend.

So I call a buddy of mine that I haven’t seen in a while and find out what’s going on Sat night. I’ve just moved back into town and… of course… I’m using my principles of “social explosion” that I explain in “Explode Your Influence” to get back in the game.

We go out and meet a few women that he knows (and naturally, he’s told one of them ALL ABOUT ME).

Was I surprised when she reacted favorable toward me? Was I surprised when she’s been calling him to find out if “I liked her at ALL”?

Nope.

That’s just a little example of social proof in action.

Here’s another:

So that same night… my friend is watching me effortlessly talk to woman after woman… no real goal in mind… just talking and having fun.

At the end of the night… we end up at the damn Waffle House.

We see a group of seven getting out of a Lexus and a Mercedes… and of course, I can’t let my guy down can I

I start small talking one of the girls (the “leader” of the group) by the bathroom… and the next thing I know… I’m sitting there with 4 women around me at the table… my buddy’s at another table with the other ones.

The conversation was wild and I promise that every one of those women at the table ended up talking about the “naughty” things that they would do to me.

And I’m not even trying… I’m just laughing at them… and saying “Oh, really, do you think she’s better than YOU?”

Hell, they even bought my food… in fact, they INSISTED ON IT.

Afterward… my friend… who’s no slouch with women either… calls me a few days later and asks me what my weekend looks like…

Apparently, he’s been running his mouth about the weekend and two of his women friends want to hang out, one of which is a model (so he says… lol).

Exact words… “I’ve already told them about you… and they want to meet you…”

How do you think that is going to go?

Pretty favorably… don’t you think?

Remember, the better and better you get at this… the easier it gets. People WANT to introduce you to other people… because now you can do things that most people can’t. AND, since they know that you are going to make a good impression, they’ll gladly refer people over “to you”.

Think about how powerful that is.

I had a woman ask me a question when I was visiting her in San Diego that completely blew my mind… because no one has EVER asked me anything like this before.

And honestly… I’m ashamed to say that I really didn’t have a great answer for her.

BUT… once I started thinking about it… I figured out that this one question can really let you see inside a woman’s soul… to see what she’s really about.

So, I started asking this question every chance I get… and you should see the response you get from it.

It’s damn near magical.

Oh, and it helps if you have and interesting/sensual/adventurous response to this question… because she’s gonna ask you the same thing when she’s done answering.

What’s the MAGIC question?

Simple.

After a bit of small talk, you can really switch gears by saying…

“I’ve got an interesting question for you… one that I am pretty sure you have never thought of an answer for. And, the reason I ask is because you can really get a feel for what a person’s about by analyzing the answer… it’s almost like a window into your soul.

What would your perfect day be like?” (or “Describe your perfect day for me”)

Here’s why it’s so powerful…

Number One — No one wants to give a horrible answer to this question… so… in essence, you’ve just forced her to qualify herself to you. Think about it. She’s not going to say anything lame, especially sense you’ve just told her that you can tell what a person is about by the answer. This is VERY POWERFUL psychologically.

Number Two — Most women are going to respond with something involving a bit of romance… sex… or the sharing of the experience with someone special. This gives her the opportunity to talk about these types of things without you inherently probing to get her to talk about it. She talks about it on her own.

Number Three — Thinking about a “perfect day” puts people in a good mood. Also, people relax a little more because they are now thinking of being in a relaxing type environment. Plus, since you are there, it helps to anchor those feelings to you.

Number Four — This is a great TRUST and RAPPORT question. Remember, no one asks this question of anyone so because you’ve asked, she has shared something with you that NO ONE ELSE KNOWS.

Number Five — The answer she gives will tell you A LOT about what’s important TO HER… and you can gage whether she might be a gold digger… a little psycho… etc. PLUS, the answer gives you great conversation points to talk about… or make fun of

Seriously, give this question a try and see what happens… you’ll be amazed at some of the responses…

The definition of courage is doing something even when you are afraid of what you are getting ready to do. Courage isn’t the guy that always talks to women. This is REGULAR LIFE for him.

Are you afraid of talking to women?

If so… let me give you a few pieces of advice… take them if you wish.

Number 1 — Just start talking to women every chance you get. Don’t have an outcome in mind. Just talk. Make conversation. Say hello to every woman you can. Talk about non-trivial things. Ask for an opinion on a current event.

It doesn’t matter. Just start talking.

Number 2 — If you’re really bashful and number 1 seems to be difficult… get yourself a part time job in a service industry. Wait tables a few nights a week, work at a gym at the front desk (great choice by the way)… etc.

This way, you are forced to have to talk to people. You meet people. You have fun and get used to talking to strangers ALL THE TIME.

You’ll naturally learn how to give people a hard time (playing around of course) PLUS these people will see you around in other places, say hello, introduce you to friends, etc…

If you’re looking to “break out”, living in solitude isn’t the answer.

Believe me, people WANT to talk to you…

I walked up to two women last night that I had just noticed and they told me right off the bat:

“We were wondering when you were going to come up and talk to us…”

Huh?

I probably talked to about 20 women last night… working the room like I talk about in “Explode Your Influence” and every person that I talked to was receptive to the conversation.

Did I try to get somewhere with every one of them… nope.

Actually, I was just trying to show a friend of mine that there’s nothing to be afraid of… that women are generally pretty open to meeting interesting, fun guys.

And, in fact, most of them are intimidated by these types of men…

So guess what… that means that if YOU DON’T GO TALK… you’ll NEVER meet them… ’cause they surely aren’t gonna do it.

Women get nervous JUST LIKE MEN DO… and… quite honestly… I find them to be even MORE NERVOUS.

Think about it… these two women had been WAITING FOR ME for awhile… and if I hadn’t noticed them… they would have never been able to talk to me.

The next time you’re wondering if you should go start a conversation with someone… think about this scenario.

After all, you could be doing her a HUGE FAVOR.

Another “personal” story tomorrow… this one’s GOOD

I have a challenge for you… and the real reason that I’m doing this is because it’s something that I recently did.

Get rid of all of the women that don’t fit what you are looking for.

I noticed in my own life that I had a few women that I kept on a string… just in case I didn’t have anything else to do. Unfortunately, when you’re in this situation… you don’t find things to do… to just revert back to “old faithful”. If you’ve got a stable of women that fall into this catagory…

… move on. Quit talking to them.

It’s just like business… if you need to fire someone but you “can’t” because you don’t have anyone to take their place… fire them anyway.

Fact: most people won’t start looking for other options until the sense of urgency dictates them to do so.

Don’t get complacent in anything… especially if it isn’t up to your standards.

Remember, without urgency, there are no results.

(and, on the sense of urgency kick… tell yourself you have two days to meet 30 women that fit what you are looking for… then execute… and marvel at the results)

Here’s why you need to dump the scraps (for lack of a better term)…

Starting over and succeeding breeds confidence.

Sure, it may be a little scary… but that’s the price you pay for stretching your boundaries and growing as a person.

No pain, no discomfort… no personal growth.

And, the more confidence that you can develop, the less you worry about kicking undeserving women to the curb. You don’t HAVE to put up with any B.S…

In fact, why would you?

On that note, don’t you think that women will realize that you don’t have to be around.

I was watching “John Tucker Must Die” the other day (okay movie, catch on a slow day) and the 3 girls that were fighting over him said something like…

“Sure, we could break up with him… but he’d have another girlfriend in a week…”

Interesting.

This guy is cheating on ALL OF THEM and they don’t want to break up with him because of his ability to get other women quickly.

Let’s ponder this for a minute.

Now, we all know that women are fiercely competitive with each other. I have to confess, I was talking to a “player” of a woman the other day when she admitted…

“There’s nothing like snatching a man from the clutches of another woman”

Interesting. Provocative even.

It’s the “you want what you can’t have” syndrome all over again.

Create scarcity with yourself when you can… and resolve to never settle for less than that what you desire.

“Second place just means first loser”

It’s the one thing that you can count on.

Unfortunately, you can either be affected by change or capitalize on change. There is no in between.

Here’s the deal:

Most people are afraid of change. But, what’s even scarier is that there are a lot of people that are afraid of success as well.

Naturally, most people find this hard to believe. However, if you think about it… many people tend to sabotage themselves by their mindsets… or their actions… or lack thereof.

Interestingly enough… it’s not the fact that guys are afraid of getting shut down…

Guys are afraid that they don’t know what to do if she says, “YES”.

“Essentially, what many men are doing is waiting. Waiting for permission. Waiting for fate. Waiting for the right moment. In fact, every person on the planet has something that they want and are just waiting to have happen, but haven’t made it happen yet”

Every decision you make in life is an active decision. If you choose to not go talk to her… you are actively choosing to not talk to her.

It’s not being lazy per se… it’s just an unproductive decision.

An idea:

Start to think of every decision that you make in terms of if that decision is moving you closer… or farther away from your goal. I guarantee you that you’ll think a little differently when you have the opportunity to make some changes.

I need to repeat something that I’ve said at another time.

Unsuccessful people fear change… successful people CAPITALIZE on it… even FORCE it.

You are your own worst enemy… yet… you can also be your own best friend.

You are the only person that can make changes. Your decisions about yourself determine your course.

Don’t think about the actions that you need to take… just TAKE THEM.

People try to plan their lives out… and never end up getting started. It’s analysis paralysis to the worst degree. Or, what’s even worse… it’s guys that talk about making change… yet never do anything.

A well known general once said something like:

“Even the best laid battle plans are f’d when the first bullet is fired”

Quit planning… and get DOING.

You must be willing to do what other people won’t do. That is the difference between the successful… and the unsuccessful.

Worst case scenario… learn about manipulation so that you can PROTECT yourself from it. Why not discover when women are trying to be malicious against you? Doesn’t that sound like a hell of an idea?

How would you react if you knew that someone was “slyly” trying to force their will on you?

Would you get pissed?

Or would you want to “flip the script”… and let the other person know that they’ll get BURIED if they continue to act the way that they are acting?

I know what my choice would be… and IS.

Why do we make these mistakes?

Women are who they are… and you aren’t going to change that. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen guys make excuses for the women that they’re with (and actually, it works the other way as well, too)

Things like:

Yeah, she’s like that because (insert childhood drama).

-or-

She only acts like that because she has (insert over-inflated problem).

-or-

Yeah, she cheated on her husband with me… she’ll never cheat on me though.

Look, she is WHO SHE IS.

Her problems define her. They most likely aren’t going to change.

Listen to your close friends. If more than one friend is telling you that a woman is bad for you… dump her. Trust me, they can see everything that you can’t.

If she has qualities that you are continuing to have to defend… she’s gotta go.

If you’re continually telling people that they just don’t understand the DYNAMIC between the two of you… think about what you’re really into.

I like this quote from “Fast And The Furious: Tokyo Drift”. It’s when Han is talking to the kid about racing… and wreaking his car… really pay attention because I truly feel that this is important:

I have money… it’s TRUST and CHARACTER I need around me.

You know… who you choose to be around you… let’s you know who you are.

One car in exchange for knowing what a man’s made of… … that’s a price I can live with.

Remember, it’s your standards that eventually define you.

… and a woman that’s bad for you tells everyone else exactly where you think your own self worth is… because NO ONE is THAT oblivious to the facts.

Most guys don’t know what type of girl that they want. Seriously. Think about it.

No one really makes a firm list of their deal breakers BEFORE they got involved with someone. No… they let the physical attraction dictate everything.

Check this out. If you make a list of all of the qualities that you are looking for in a woman… AND PAY ATTENTION… you will find the women that fit those qualities… guaranteed.

YOU WILL “SEE” THEM AROUND.

You’ll also be more akin to the type of women you DON’T want to be around… with a snap judgment.

And, when you find those women that really don’t fit the bill, you won’t be scared to let them loose because you keep seeing other women that fit the bill.

Because you know what you want… and you know that there will always be a better option.

So quit worrying so much about her. If she isn’t what you want… move on… RIGHT NOW.
