    Brad,
    In this video you mention Adonis. Can I ask you two questions about it?

    (1) what type of weight equipment would I need if I decided to follow Adonis Index System? What weight-range are we talking about? I ask b/c I would need a home gym and I want to know what I’d be facing.

    (2) once the goal muscle mass and shoulder and waist circumferences are achieved, does Adonis Index instruct on how to maintain those proportions, so as to NOT LOSE or GAIN, but STAY the same ever after?
