Sweet Music

I used to love being single during the holiday season.

Think about it… starting a few days from Thanksgiving… single women start to feel a little pressure.

(Hell, even women in crappy relationships seem to feel some pressure… lol)

More parties, family and friends asking the same ‘ole questions, you know what I’m saying.

Single men get the same questions.

Same pressures…

Instead of thinking about how life sucks during the holiday season if you’re lonely…

BUCK UP!

It’s feeding time.

Have you ever wondered why single bridesmaids seem to be “easy pickins”?

Think about it… social pressure to conform to the norm… wanting to be in the same situation as their friend(s)… making sure that they are still wanted…

Here’s the thing though. Think of the holiday season as a MONTH LONG wedding.

Every day, single people are bombarded with family stuff, friends with kids, newly engaged people that you haven’t seen in a while… you know… constant reminders of why being single sucks.

Desperation begins to kick in a bit.

Career women begin to break down. Previously “unattainable” women lower their boundaries.

‘Tis the season to find someone… a love… a fling… a FB…

… or MULTIPLE someones :)

Remember, people make decisions based on emotion, then JUSTIFY that decision based on logic AFTERWARD.

And there’s no more emotional time for most people than the holiday season… even more than Valentine’s, I feel.

So, as a man (or woman), that’s single RIGHT NOW… there’s no better time to find someone. Trust me when I say that people are much more receptive to expanding their boundaries at this time of the year.

In other words, your targets have multiplied.

Know that a woman will be more inclined to talk to you during this time of the year.

Know that she’s probably not going to blow you off.

So don’t sulk this holiday season… because if you do… you’re gonna miss the “fertile” season.

Keep that in mind.
